Catholic Vitality 360 Founder and CEO, Bernard Dumond, is a sought-after speaker and writer who demonstrates that Development is indeed a ministry and that every parish and school is capable of building capacity and sustainable vitality. For him, this is a calling. He was raised and educated in the Catholic school system and he taught at a Catholic primary school before becoming a development specialist. Knowing firsthand the challenges inherent in the schools, parishes and dioceses he takes a hands-on, personal approach to develop workable solutions for his clients using the V7 Assessment.
Personally, Mr. Dumond has been married to Joleah, an educator, for 30 years. Together they are the parents of two daughters, Maeve and Sarah. As parishioners at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist Parish in Lafayette, LA, they remain active on parish and school committees.
